Job summary

SECU seeks a banking operations professional to support production systems, incident management and check imaging processes in a hybrid work setting.

You will assist with testing, validation, training materials and user guides, coordinating with technical teams and vendors, and providing after-hours support during critical periods.

This role demands strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to work under pressure in fluctuating schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of banking operations or relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work fluctuating hours including overnights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting production systems and incident management.
• Assist with testing, validation, and training materials for new tech.
• Provide resolution support for items processing and image handling.
• Collaborate with senior staff to ensure timely updates and attend meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of item processing systems and end-user functionality.
