Job summary

BankFirst Financial Services is seeking a personable Call Center Representative to provide internal and external support for customers and employees. You will assist customers with Online Banking, Debit Cards and other account-related questions, while collaborating with the Call Center Team Lead to ensure high service levels.

Qualifications

• Previous banking experience and knowledge of banking systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meets the needs of customers and employees by asking questions and providing solutions to immediate requests of incoming calls.
• Position a mix of technical and excellent customer service skills. Must be able to communicate effectively to ensure understanding of a problem and explanation of solution.
• Assist customers with Online Banking, Debit Cards, and other account related questions.
