Job summary

BankFirst Financial Services is seeking a personable Call Center Representative to provide internal and external support for customers and employees. In a fast-paced environment, you will handle incoming calls, ask questions to understand needs, and propose clear solutions with a friendly, patient tone.

You will assist customers with Online Banking, Debit Cards and other account-related questions, while collaborating with the Call Center Team Lead to ensure high service levels.

Qualifications

• Previous banking experience and knowledge of banking systems preferred.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS:

• Previous banking and experience with a knowledge of banking systems preferred.
