Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3+ years of combined financial services consulting experience.
• Experience in commercial lending, treasury management, and/or risk and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with business process mapping, requirements development, gap analysis, change management, and project management.
• Exposure to banking platforms such as nCino, Moody’s CreditLens, Baker Hill NextGen, Sageworks, FIS/Fiserv, Jack Henry, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with AI tools in day-to-day workflows to enhance productivity and insights.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagements across banking transformation initiatives.
• Gather and document business requirements, map processes, conduct gap analyses, and support design, testing, implementation, and change management.
• Apply banking knowledge to optimize operations and technology solutions.
• Independently drive assigned deliverables to completion, communicating risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and project teams to articulate business needs and value of solutions.
• Contribute to proposals, practice initiatives, and reusable tools and methodologies.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and synthesize complex information for data-driven recommendations.
