Job summary

West Monroe is seeking Banking Consulting Interns to work across Commercial Banking, Treasury management, Risk compliance, and Wealth Management segments. You will collaborate with business and technology teams, applying AI to enhance insights and client delivery in a hybrid work environment.

Required: pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with 3.0+ GPA, eligible to work in the U.S., and willing to travel up to 50%. Strong analytical, communication, and collaborative skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with anticipated graduation between Dec 2027 and Aug 2028.
• We require minimum 3.0 GPA and eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge to tailor solutions for clients and build partnerships.
• Support executives to solve challenges in financial services through research, analysis, and problem solving.
• Gain exposure to Commercial Banking, Treasury management, Risk regulation, M&A, and Retail Banking areas.
• Assist with technology enablement and AI-driven insights to support client delivery.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and ensure high-quality outputs.
