Job summary

Accenture PLC in the United States is seeking a Management Consulting Manager in Banking Consulting to drive data- and AI-powered transformations for retail banks. You will lead teams, shape roadmaps, and ensure alignment between business goals and technology outcomes while delivering innovative, scalable solutions.

You will guide engagement teams, translate business problems into AI-enabled use cases, and collaborate across Accenture’s ecosystem to maximize client value and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following: management consulting, consumer lending, or core banking.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Bonus points: experience with agentic AI deployment or building AI agents for banking workflows.
• Hands-on exposure to generative AI solutions and prompt engineering.
• Experience with channel modernization/transformation (branch, contact center, digital).
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and data governance frameworks.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to innovate beyond traditional consulting approaches.
• Proficiency in visual storytelling tools (PowerPoint, data visualization platforms).

• Build and sustain trusted client relationships through insight-driven recommendations.

• Partner with technology teams to shape and execute digital transformation roadmaps.
• Lead change management initiatives to embed digital and AI capabilities across organizations.
• Collaborate across Accenture’s ecosystem to deliver One Accenture value to clients.
