Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress with graduation between Dec 2027 and Aug 2028.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Reside within 50 miles of the assigned office; hybrid work model.
• Willing to travel up to 50%; travel expenses covered by West Monroe.
• Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into workflows; strong critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Tailor solutions and build partnerships to empower clients.
• Support executives to solve challenges via research, analysis, collaboration, and problem solving.
• Gain exposure to Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, Banking Technology and AI Enablement, Wealth Management.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, synthesize complex information, and support data-driven recommendations.
