Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Reside within 50 miles of the assigned office; hybrid work model.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% (travel expenses covered).
• Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into day-to-day workflows.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, propose, and implement new business solutions to enhance client performance and operations.
• Advise on adapting organizations to healthcare legislation, trends, and technologies.
• Participate in business process optimization including requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping.
• Engage in project management activities, documenting decisions and drafting status reports.
• Compile deliverables to support adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Learn to develop IT strategy and roadmaps by assessing current state and aligning with business objectives.
• Gain exposure to vendor selection by gathering requirements and building business cases.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and support data-driven recommendations.
