Qualifications

4+ years in retail, customer service or financial services with supervisory experience.
4+ years of business development experience and strategy execution.
4+ years of leadership and coaching experience.
Experience in Small Business and Consumer lending.
Knowledge of bank product lines, store operations and security.
Ability to manage competing priorities and align to store goals.
Strong financial analysis and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Lead store growth by managing deposits, loans, fees and expenses.
Coach and motivate store team to deliver legendary Employee and Customer Experience.
