• Small Business and Consumer lending experience valued.
• Knowledge of bank product lines and store operations.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Notary License (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and develop staff; set goals and manage performance.
