Qualifications

• 4+ years related supervisory, leadership and coaching experience.
• 4+ years experience in business development skills and strategy implementation.
• 4+ years of proven leadership and coaching experience.
• Small Business and Consumer lending experience.
• Knowledge of Bank product lines and store operations and security.
• Strong financial analysis skills and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Notary License (preferred).
