Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and deliver quality customer service.
• Open and process new accounts (checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, money market).
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to generate new business and deepen relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients/prospects during campaigns.
• Assist clients with loan applications and hand off processing as needed.
• Respect compliance with bank regulations and internal controls.
