Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and ensure quality service.
• Open and process new deposit accounts (checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, money market).
• Cross-sell and refer products to bank partners to grow client relationships.
• Make outbound calls to clients and prospects during campaigns and for follow-ups.
• Assist clients with loan applications and hand off processing to the appropriate associate.
• Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver excellent client experiences.
