Job summary

You will identify client needs, recommend products, cross-sell to deepen relationships, and participate in outbound calling campaigns.

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year of Teller experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with ability to cross-sell.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced banking center and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and deliver quality service.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Open and process new deposit accounts including savings accounts and CDs.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to deepen client relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects during campaigns.
• Assist with loan applications and hand off processing to the appropriate associate.
• Research and resolve client inquiries and ensure accurate account status.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and adhere to bank policies and ethics.
