Job summary

MidFirst Bank is seeking a Personal Banker Associate who serves as both a Teller and a Personal Banker. You will efficiently process customer transactions, promote products, and deepen relationships to meet sales goals in a banking center environment.

You will greet customers, provide high-quality service, identify suitable financial solutions, and support staff as needed while handling deposits, loan applications, and referrals in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in incentive-driven or relational selling environments.
• Cash handling or POS experience in retail or banking.
• At least 12 months in a retail banking center/branch.
• Ability to generate referrals with local businesses.
• Team player with strong customer service.
• High integrity and strong work ethic.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.
• Friendly, outgoing, assertive and enthusiastic.
• Notary certification or willingness to obtain one.
