Job summary

Truist in the United States is seeking a Part Time Universal Banker to provide timely client transactions and accurate records while offering superior service. You will be cross-trained to support sales and integrated relationship management activities, with occasional travel and weekend/extended hours expectations.

The role emphasizes educating clients on self-service banking, delivering a distinctive client experience, and participating in leadership routines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and use PC/software for branch automation.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and occasional shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations while handling complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound outreach, identifying needs, and referencing appropriate branch staff.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in all components of Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and service capabilities.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution; manage workload per branch demands.
