Job summary

Truist is seeking a customer-focused professional to deliver outstanding service in person and over the phone while developing new and existing client relationships. The role includes cross-selling opportunities and may involve cross-training to perform teller duties as needed.

You will contribute to branch sales targets by engaging clients, conducting consultative conversations, and referring complex needs to internal specialists, while adhering to internal controls and risk management policies.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone.
