Job summary
Blossom in the United States is seeking a Banking Solutions Consultant (Sales Engineer) to bridge technology and business for core banking, digital channels, and cards. You will partner with sales, product, and client teams to design tailored solutions and validate them through demonstrations and proofs of concept.
You will guide discovery, translate technical capabilities into business value for banking executives and IT leaders, and ensure alignment with regulatory and security requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years as Sales Engineer or Pre-Sales in banking technology.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for banking executives.
- Experience supporting RFP/RFI processes and demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to understand client needs and position solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
- Translate complex capabilities into business value for executives and IT leaders.
- Collaborate with clients to analyze banking processes and integration needs.
- Ensure solutions align with regulatory, security, and scalability requirements.
- Act as trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle and support handoff to delivery.
- Provide market feedback to product management and contribute to thought leadership.
