Job summary

Candescent is seeking a Sr. Solutions Consultant in the US (Arizona remote) to act as a technical advisor to sales, product, and implementation teams. You will understand client needs, demonstrate product capabilities, and guide adoption of digital banking solutions.

The role requires 3–7 years in pre-sales, strong presentation skills, and experience with cloud-based banking, APIs, and cash-management processes. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in a Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales, or Business Analyst role in digital banking/fintech.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing clients to understand their digital banking needs.
• Represent the Digital Banking Platform during the sales process with demonstrations and workshops.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and conduct solution assessments with sales teams.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to relay customer feedback and influence enhancements.
