Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Successful customer service or sales experience required.
• Retail bank or related industry experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of customer services including engagement in financial needs-based conversations, account servicing, opening products/services, processing transactions, educating on self-service options, and referrals to partners.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through proactive engagement and meaningful conversations that earn trust.
• Identify opportunities and generate high-quality referrals to branch associates and partners to drive growth and satisfaction.
• Assist with resolving complex banking issues with research and collaboration while owning the customer interaction.
• Support branch operations by following processes, complying with directives, and aiding management in tasks.
• Help meet or exceed sales goals through targeted activities and needs-based product recommendations.
• Develop career through training, coaching, and learning opportunities.
• Participate in bank events to grow visibility and acquire new customers.
