Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalence required; some college a plus.
• Successful customer service and/or sales experience required.
• Prior cash handling experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a retail bank or related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in financial needs-based conversations and service banking needs.
• Open new products and services and accurately process transactions.
• Educate customers on self-service options and refer to partners.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through proactive engagement and meaningful conversations.
• Identify opportunities and generate referrals to internal and external partners.
• Assist with complex banking issues and collaborate with other departments as needed.
• Support branch operations and follow established processes and compliance directives.
• Contribute to growing retail banking and meet/exceed sales goals.
• Pursue career development through training, coaching, and learning opportunities.
• Attend bank-sponsored events to grow customer base.
