Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful customer service and/or sales experience required.
• Retail bank or related industry experience preferred.
• Prior cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides a range of customer services including transaction processing, account servicing, opening new accounts and referring to partners.
• Delivers exceptional customer experience through every customer interaction by proactively engaging customers to build relationships and seeking solutions.
• Proactively identifies basic customer needs and generates referrals to branch associates and partners.
• Utilizes bank resources to resolve basic account/customer issues and escalates when needed.
• Contributes to efficient branch operations by following processes and compliance directives.
• Supports the bank's strategic plan to grow the retail business.
• Meets or exceeds sales goals through targeted activities and needs-based recommendations.
• Owns career development through training, coaching, and self-improvement.
• Attends bank events to enhance visibility and acquire new customers.
