Carter Bankshares is seeking a Financial Services Representative in Danville, VA. You will be the first line of contact for customers, guiding them through everyday transactions and basic banking needs with proactive, personalized service.

You will educate customers on self-service options, refer to partners when needed, and help grow the bank's retail business while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Customer service and/or sales experience required.
• Previous experience in a retail bank or related industry preferred.
• Prior cash handling experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides a range of customer services including transaction processing, customer and account servicing, opening new accounts and products, and referring to partners.
• Delivers exceptional customer experience through every customer interaction by proactively engaging customers to build relationships and deliver solutions.
• Proactively identifies basic customer needs and generates referrals to branch associates and external partners.
• Assists with resolution of basic account/customer issues and escalates unresolved matters for further research.
• Contributes to a well-run branch by following established processes and compliance directives.
• Supports the bank's strategic plan to grow retail banking business and meets sales goals through targeted activities.
• Participates in bank events and helps grow customer base.
