Job summary

FirstBank PR is seeking a Service Representative (Teller) to handle daily cash transactions, balance drawers, and assist customers with account needs in a friendly, accurate manner. You’ll identify product opportunities and refer customers to appropriate services while upholding security and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate is bilingual, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced branch environment. Availability for holidays, weekends, and training is required.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year experience in sales or customer service.
• Minimum 24 credits toward associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Fully bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process monetary transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Balance cash drawer at end of day.
• Identify customer needs and refer to banking products.
• Maintain security and report irregularities.
• Assist customers with alternative channels (mobile app, online banking, ATMs).
• Complete admin tasks and daily documentation.
