Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years experience as a teller and new accounts in a financial institution.
• Experience with certifications, dormant accounts, levies and subpoenas and as a merchant service representative.
• Ability to read, write and present information to customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Processes levies and subpoenas.
• Interviews customers to obtain information and explain financial services.
• Services and maintains ATM Machines.
• Executes wire transfers of funds.
• Provide, present and promote The Citizens Experience to all customers.
• Fills in as needed in all non-officer positions.
