You will assist the Operations Manager to maintain efficient workflows, balance cash and vaults, and ensure accuracy in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of banking operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or closely related field desirable.

Responsabilités

• Assist Operations Manager in processing teller line to vaults, overrides, approvals, customer service issues, and teller support.
• Ensure a high level of customer service in Operations.
• Maintain monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual certifications.
