Job summary

California Bank of Commerce, N.A. is seeking a Banking Services Officer to oversee commercial loan, deposit and treasury management servicing activities.

You will serve as the primary contact for client servicing matters, applying independent judgment to resolve routine and non-routine issues while aligning with regulatory requirements and bank policies. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees complex loan and deposit servicing activities and resolves issues within policy.
• Reviews loan, deposit, and cash management documentation for new, renewed, and amended accounts.
• Maintains credit files and covenant tracking; ensures accuracy and compliance.
• Acts as central contact for client servicing and coordinates with partners.
• Ensures onboarding and servicing comply with BSA/AML, CIP, and CDD.
