Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complies with and stays abreast of all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job.
• Processes levies and subpoenas.
• Performs certifications.
• Interviews customers to obtain information and explain financial services such as savings and checking accounts, IRAs, CDs, savings bonds, and securities.
• Answers customer questions and investigates errors, prevents reoccurring issues, and leaves customers satisfied.
• May handle cash daily and admit customers to safe deposit vault.
• Services and maintains ATM machines and executes wire transfers.
• Follows up on dormant accounts.
• Fills in as needed in all non-officer positions.
• Provide and promote The Citizens Experience to all customers, following Customer Service Standards.
