Job summary

Citizens Business Bank is seeking a Credit Support Associate in California to provide administrative support for branch officers and customers. You will assist with loan documentation, credit information gathering, and delivering professional customer service in line with The Citizens Experience.

The role emphasizes adherence to policies, proper documentation, and timely reporting, with potential for an annual bonus.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of one year experience as a teller in a financial institution.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence.
Professional appearance and business-like demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

Adhere to all policies and procedures, and stay current with laws and bank policies.
Demonstrate knowledge of the bank's policies and procedures.
Maintain a professional, neat work area and appearance.
Consult with customers to identify products and services that meet financial objectives.
Sell and cross-sell bank products and services to existing and potential customers.
May participate in customer calls at the customers place of business.
Prepare and organize loan documentation; obtain credit information from sources.
Ensure proper documentation for all accounts handled by the Center; complete monthly reports on time.
Provide consistent, prompt, and professional customer service under The Citizens Experience.
Other duties as assigned.
