Job summary

Citizens is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to assist customers with their accounts, including balance inquiries, transfers, and online banking support. You will deliver high-quality solutions while building relationships with customers and recommending suitable products and services.

Starting salary is $22 per hour. The role includes a 40-hour work week, comprehensive paid training, and opportunities for career growth within Citizens.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of exceptional performance in a customer-facing role.
• Computer proficiency.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
