• Handle Reg CC Holds, Reg E Disputes, and Stop Pays.
• Develop customer relationships and refer products.
• Complete banking transactions per procedures.
• Back up other positions as needed.
• Pursue ongoing training and compliance.
• Complete Frontline Basics.
• Maintain compliance with laws and regulations.
• Participate in examinations and audits.
• Support Information Security program.
• Represent bank in the community.
• Attend meetings.
• Develop product knowledge via usage and WebEx.
