Job summary

Convergint Technologies is seeking a full-time Electronic Security Banking Specialist 2 to provide world-class service to customers. The position involves servicing and supporting existing customers by responding to service calls and managing projects in the banking sector.

Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of drive-up and electronic systems, excellent communication skills, and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Competitive salary range from $38 to $45 per hour is offered.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with locksmithing, drive-up, and electronic systems.
• 3 years of Banking Specialist experience in commercial, industrial, or facilities operation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, and repair systems for drive-up banking.
• Respond to customer service and emergency calls timely.
• Mentor less experienced staff and communicate project challenges.
