Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Banking equipment service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and preventive maintenance on banking equipment (ATM, vaults, drive-up, CCTV, alarm systems).
• Respond to service calls and provide on-site support to customers.
• Test, calibrate, and verify equipment performance against manufacturer specs.
• Mentor less experienced staff and share technical knowledge.
• Ensure work complies with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
