Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Sales and Service Representative at our Wilmington branch. You will process transactions, assist customers, and educate them on bank capabilities and resources.

You will identify and refer sales opportunities to the appropriate bank partner while maintaining high service standards. The role requires strong communication, customer service, and adaptability, plus the ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities to serve customers effectively in a branch

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with at least 6 months in customer service.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services is expected.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
