Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Retail banking or similar experience required
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customers
• Provide service delivery to resolve account service issues
• Execute financial transactions per bank policies
• Refer opportunities to segment partners
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions
• Support branch sales/service activities and promotional campaigns
• Adhere to controls and regulatory procedures to safeguard assets
• Assess risk and maintain ethics in decision making
