Citi is seeking an entry-level Universal Banker in Miami to support customer service and sales activities within the branch. You will assist with basic account openings, resolve service issues, and execute transactions in line with bank policies.

The role emphasizes relationship building to foster loyalty and increase sales among consumer clients, with a part-time schedule and opportunities to participate in seminars and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Retail banking or similar experience required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customers.
• Provide service delivery to resolve account service issues.
• Execute financial transactions per bank policies.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate.
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and resolve complaints promptly.
