Job summary

LenderBox in Dallas seeks a senior salesperson responsible for selling to banks. You own the full cycle—from discovery to close—working directly with the CEO on pricing, packaging, and deal structure. This is relationship-driven work targeting community and regional banks.

You will build and maintain relationships in the regional banking market, manage the pipeline in our CRM, and ensure timely follow-ups. The role rewards a credible presence with credit professionals and hands-on use of AI

Qualifications

• Experience selling software or services into banks or financial institutions.
• Comfortable in a committee-driven sale with credit professionals.
• Daily use of AI tools for research, drafting and prep.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle for bank prospects end-to-end, with the CEO in the deal.
• Build relationships in the community and regional bank market to generate pipeline.
• Keep the CRM as the system of record with clean pipeline and timely follow-ups.
• Provide market feedback to product and positioning.
