Job summary

ShiftClicks is seeking a banking sales leader to bring AI, data, and ML solutions to banks and financial institutions. You will build relationships with senior banking leaders and close high-value deals that deliver real business results.

Based in Pittsburgh, PA or Dallas, TX, you will target key accounts, lead executive conversations, and partner with solution architects to demonstrate ROI. A strong enterprise sales background in banking and AI/analytics SaaS is required.

Qualifications

• 7 to 12 years in enterprise technology sales with banking experience.
• 3+ years selling AI/analytics SaaS.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, data, and cloud concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Target and grow key banking and financial services accounts.
• Lead consultative conversations with C-level and VP-level stakeholders.
• Partner with solution architects and data scientists to show ROI.
• Negotiate and close large, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Build a pipeline of 4x annual quota within 6 months.
• Close $3M to $5M+ in AI deals by year end.
• Build relationships at 20+ strategic banking accounts.

What You Bring
