Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of in-house Sales Associate Training Program.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate with accuracy in core banking systems and cash drawer.
• Balance cash daily and follow security procedures.
• Verify identification and process endorsements/payees with supervisor approval.
• Adhere to bank policies and security standards.
• Prepare currency transaction reports and logs per BSA requirements.
• Contribute to monthly branch scorecards through performance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote bank products.
• Communicate bank products to clients and build relationships.
