Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of Bank's in-house Sales Associate Training Program required.
• Previous customer service experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to demonstrate a sales-oriented professional demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Spanish or another language a plus.
• Experience in handling money preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel) required.
• Understanding and working knowledge of appropriate core banking system is a plus.
• Detail oriented; Professionalism and confidentiality are essential.
• Flexibility on work schedule as business needs arise.

Responsibilities

• Sit and stand for extended periods.
• Operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other components.
• Receive customer transaction documents at the teller counter/desk area.
• Lift and carry up to twenty pounds.
• Converse and exchange information with staff at all levels.
• Observe, perceive, identify, and translate data.
