Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to deliver warm, professional service and build lasting client relationships using banking solutions and fintech tools. You will own the client experience, leveraging digital channels to meet needs and drive satisfaction.

You will educate clients on products, collaborate with specialists, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations while working flexible branch hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand needs.
• Educate clients to use technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs.

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
