• Expanding Relations (40%): conduct needs assessment; refer to licensed WM Financial Consultants; identify cross-sell opportunities; maintain superior service and exceed expectations.
• Other Responsibilities: participate in community organizations; open deposit accounts; participate in sales campaigns; ensure regulatory compliance; maintain sales records; complete mandatory training; perform other duties as assigned.
