Job summary

CTBC Bank Corp. (USA) in San Marino, CA is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to generate revenue for the branch by building a referral network and participating in community events.

You will grow the customer base by partner referrals and needs-based selling of financial services. The role focuses on expanding relationships, needs assessments, cross-selling (CRE, C&I, PCM, MLO, WM FC), and achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, banking, finance, economics or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of product sales and customer relationship management in branch banking or related environment.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with current and potential customers to discuss financial requirements and sell consumer and commercial financial services products.
• Identify current and potential customers with additional profit potential and develop action plans to acquire and expand those relationships.
• Conduct needs assessment with customers and refer to licensed WM Financial Consultants as appropriate.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer customers to other sales representatives through proper profiling and needs-based selling.
• Maintain superior and courteous service to promote products and expand customer relationships and exceed customer expectations.
