• Strong analytical skills to assess financial reports, cash flow, and underwriting data.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial information and creditworthiness using credit structure, cash flow, and collateral.
• Meet with clients and prospects to identify banking opportunities and build relationships.
• Compile loan packages and negotiate terms including fees, covenants, and repayment options.
• Ensure loan agreements are complete, accurate, and compliant with underwriting policy; support timely closings.
• Serve as the main contact between the customer and the Bank, identifying cross-sell opportunities and deposits growth.
• Assist in developing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities within the loan portfolio.
• Interface with business partners across the bank to deliver solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
