Job summary

Mission Bank in Visalia, CA is seeking a Relationship Manager I to build and service a diverse loan portfolio, including business and personal loans. • Possess strong lending and accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly performance-based goals.
• Develop and implement a sales plan to attract new business for Mission Bank while maintaining existing relationships.
• Acquire and service business relationships across multiple deposit accounts, Treasury Management, loans and lines of credit.
• Expand client base by cultivating referrals and networking locally to build a book of business.
• Review and prepare documentation for new accounts and loans to ensure compliance with legal/bank requirements.
• Perform banking transactions and cross-sell bank products; ensure timely service.
• Mentor junior Relationship Managers and coach areas of weakness.
• Enhance loyalty and profitability of existing relationships and refer opportunities.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attend training and stay informed on AML/CFT/CIP compliance.
