Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing: SIE, Series 6, state registrations; obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and risk/compliance obligations.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Explain products and tailor recommendations to client needs.
• Educate clients to use Chase technology solutions (Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and collaborate with specialists to meet financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
