• Ability to work within risk and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone.
• Explain banking solutions and tailor recommendations.
• Promote Chase technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to experts as needed.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
