• For Customer Records Specialist II: 2 years banking/financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete lower risk and complexity account maintenance tasks within the Signature system.
• Scan, index, and maintain bank-wide documents.
• Provide prompt, efficient, and professional service to branches and departments.
• Assist other team members in non-primary duties as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of regulations (GLBA, NPPI, BSA, Reg E/D, OFAC).
