Qualifications

• High school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; e.g. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc, plus 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Process CIF changes with supporting documentation and update records daily.
• Enter new account information and link related accounts in the system.
• Monitor and verify account captioning for accuracy and completeness.
• Process returned mail and route to the appropriate person or department.
• Review signature cards to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist customers and employees with CIF-related questions and inquiries.
• Occasionally move boxes to the warehouse for record retention purposes.
• Perform other related duties as required.
