Job summary

Wheatland Bank in Brewster, WA is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative/Teller to deliver friendly, accurate banking service and handle a variety of tasks. You will process deposits, cash checks, balance the cash drawer, and refer customers to other staff as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma, cash handling and customer service experience, plus strong communication and confidentiality. We offer health benefits, PTO, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a professional and confidential manner.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process retail deposits, verify documents and balance cash drawer.
• Cash checks, withdrawals and deposits and verify authorization.
• Operate teller terminals and resolve account issues.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer customers to staff.
• Balance cash drawer daily and prepare wire transfers as needed.
• Answer phones and route inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
